Employer Obligations
Employers agree to adhere to all applicable labor laws, including fair labor practices, minimum wage guidelines as prescribed by respective state governments, and working conditions standards. Employers must not discriminate based on caste, religion, gender, or disability. Job postings must accurately reflect position requirements, compensation, and working conditions. Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

Candidate Warranties
Candidates warrant that all information provided—including skills, certifications (ITI/Diploma), educational qualifications, and work experience—is accurate, current, and verifiable. Falsification of documents, misrepresentation of credentials, or providing fraudulent information will lead to immediate account termination and blacklisting from the platform. Man Powerpox reserves the right to verify submitted credentials with issuing authorities.

Platform Usage Guidelines
Users must not engage in activities that disrupt platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, harvest data through automated means, or use the platform for purposes other than legitimate recruitment. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary algorithms on the Man Powerpox platform are the exclusive property of Man Powerpox and are protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal or business recruitment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Man Powerpox serves as a facilitator connecting employers with candidates. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or verify every aspect of employer or candidate claims beyond reasonable measures.
We are not liable for any disputes arising between employers and candidates post-hiring, including employment terms, workplace conditions, or compensation issues. Users must conduct their own due diligence before entering employment agreements.
Payment Terms
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy has been designed in compliance with payment gateway requirements and consumer protection regulations. All users must carefully review these terms before making any financial commitments on our platform.
For Employers: Subscription Services
Subscription fees for database access are non-refundable once the database has been accessed or candidate contact details have been revealed. This policy ensures fair compensation for the service provided and protects the integrity of our candidate database. Once contact information is disclosed, the service is considered fully delivered.
For Employers: Recruitment Retainers
Recruitment retainers are refundable ONLY if Man Powerpox fails to provide at least 3 qualified candidates within 14 business days of receiving complete job specifications and requirements. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email with relevant documentation. Processing time for approved refunds is 10-15 business days.

Important Notice: Partial refunds are not available. Employers should carefully review candidate requirements before subscribing to services.
Zero Fee Policy for Candidates
Our Commitment
Man Powerpox strictly DOES NOT charge candidates for:
  • Job placements or opportunities
  • Platform registration or profile creation
  • Medical tests or background verification
  • Interview arrangements or facilitation
  • Training or skill assessment
Fraud Alert & Reporting
We have received reports of fraudulent individuals and organizations claiming to represent Man Powerpox and demanding payments from job seekers. These are scams designed to exploit vulnerable candidates.
Any payment demands from third parties claiming to represent us, or requests for money in exchange for job guarantees, should be reported to our support email immediately. We take fraud prevention seriously and work with law enforcement agencies to prosecute offenders.
Report Fraud: If you encounter suspicious activity, email us immediately with details including phone numbers, names, and communication records. Your vigilance helps protect other job seekers.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to the use of Man Powerpox services shall be governed by the laws of India. All parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
